I believe your wedding day should feel exactly like YOU. Which is why I show up to
each celebration without any preconceived notions about how the day should go. I'm simply there to be a humble observer and document the
joy and love of your day.

Let's talk about film.
An Olympus OM-1 was my very first camera. Gifted to me at the age of 13, I totally didn't appreciate it at the time. But I'm so grateful that I had the privilege to learn on that camera, I truly believe it shaped how I approach photography now. I believe film embodies nostalgia, makes it tangible. It has that something you just can't put your finger on. It's why we're drawn to our grandparent's wedding photos. Film lets me lead with my heart. It allows me to lean into my intuition and to be more intentional with each shot.
I'd love to share with you some of my favorite personal film shots from around the city...

hello, i'm jenny
How can I possibly sum up what photography means to me in one paragraph?! Since I can remember I've always had a camera in my hand. When I was a dog walker, I took my film camera on long walks with my pups around Brooklyn, shooting anything that caught my eye. Mostly people. Photography for me has always been my way of connecting. Connecting with my friends, strangers, myself. It's the only way I know how to make sense of the world around me. I'm naturally on the more reserved side so hiding behind my camera was my way of being involved in life. It's how I make friends. It's how I feel more confident in my own skin. My camera always has and always will be an extension of my body.

^ and hell yes I will be out there dancing with you at the end of the night!
*all of these shots are taken by my incredible husband, Nick, who happens to also be my second photographer on wedding days
